Calling for WWI Reenactors!!

Friday:
  • School Vistation during the day - Reservations required by schools to participate
  • 4:00-7:00 PM: ACHS Fish & Chicken Fry, camps open to the public
  • Special Presentation: America's Music (evening)
Saturday and/or Sunday:
  • World War I, World War II, and Wild West Reenactments
  • Clint Winn as Jim Bowie
  • Ruben Bolton as Francis Scott Key
  • John Anderson as Tom Bass
  • Browse for leatherwork, pelts, beadwork, flint tools, blacksmithing, and scrimshaw
Saturday:
  • 5:00 PM: Camps close to prepare for tours
  • 6:30-9:30 PM: Candlelight Tours (tickets required)
Sunday Afternoon:
  • Vintage 1860s Baseball
  • Special Historical Presentation: "Facts and Myths of the Vietnam War" (in the amphitheater)
  • Missouri Military Academy Corps of Cadets will honor America's veterans with a full battalion review

2nd Annual Photography Contest MO Life Logo

Grand Prize: The winning photograph will be featured in the 2014 August Missouri Life Magazine. Ribbons for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be presented in each category.

All 1st place photographs will be featured in the 2014 Walk Back In Time Informational Tabloid.

Grand Prize Winner and 1st Place Winners will be asked to provide a digital copy of their piece following the announcement of award winners.

Deadline for entering is November 1st, 2013.

Entry Fee is $10.00 per photograph. Proceeds from this event will benefit future Walk Back In Time Festivals.

Entries can be dropped off at:
Audrain County Historical Museum: 501 South Muldrow St. Mexico

All entries must be from the 2013 Walk Back In Time and taken on the grounds of the Audrain County Historical Museum Complex.

All entries will be featured at the 2014 Walk Back In Time September 27th- 29th.

Photographs become the property of the Audrain County Historical Museum and may be used for future promotion of the Walk Back In Time.

Entries should be mounted or matted. Please do not submit framed entries.

Photographs must be 8x10s.
