Graceland Event Rental SpaceGraceland Mansion

The mansion can accommodate up to 140 people. Includes use of the meeting room and kitchen.

Alcoholic beverages are permitted. Live music is allowed at the discretion of the Museum Director.

Presence of staff member is required. Rental is not available on holidays.

Cost: $700 Per Day

Event Space Mexico MO

Country Church

This fully restored 1889 structure makes for a beautiful backdrop for any wedding ceremony, conveniently located directly behind the courtyard. The church seats 140 guests. Includes use of church for rehearsal, use of meeting room for dressing on day of wedding & restrooms. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

If meeting room or kitchen are needed for rehearsal dinner/reception, they must be reserved/rented separately.A complete list of policies & restrictions is available from Museum personnel. A rental contract must be signed when facility is reserved.

Cost: $500 per day

Refundable Security Deposit: $500

Courtyard, Gazebo & Grounds

The beautifully landscaped courtyard makes the perfect setting for outdoor weddings, family reunions and business gatherings. Rental includes use of meeting room and restrooms. Museum can provide information for tent and chair rental.​

The Gazebo on the northeast side of the mansion can accommodate a small wedding or gathering. Gazebo & grounds includes use of meeting room and restrooms.​

Cost: $250 Per Day

Refundable Security Deposit: $250

Meeting Room & Kitchen

Up to 50 guests may be accommodated in this room. Use of kitchen included. Alcoholic beverages are permitted.

Cost: $150

Refundable Security Deposit: $150

Whole Complex Rental

1 Day – $1500

Refundable Security Deposit: $1500

2 Days – $2500

Refundable Security Deposit: $2500

Meeting Room policies: Available by the week or on a monthly basis- rates to be negotiated.  All deposits are refundable when keys are returned and/or grounds are left in good order. Deposit and rental must be paid at time of booking. Any unpaid may be subject to loss of rental date. Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to event or face loss of deposit.

Cancellation policies (for all other spaces): For a full refund, cancellation notice must be given 30 days prior to the event.

Key Deposit: It is the responsibility of the renter to pick up the key the day of the event and return the key following the ceremony. Failure to return the key will result in loss of deposit. Room must be left in good condition, including vacuuming.
